Cancellation Policy
No-Show and Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure that we can continue providing quality service to all of our clients, we ask for at least 1 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-Show Fee: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 1 hours' notice, a $25 fee will be charged to your account. We will ONLY charge your card on file if you no show your scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 1-hour notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our schedule efficient and fair for all clients.
